Dear customers,

Here is some information about the measures taken by Metallica following the announcements of the Federal Council:

The good news:

• We are still working!

• We continue to answer your calls for bids or orders!

• We continue to deliver the goods!

• We continue to receive goods from our customers/suppliers!

Measures taken by Metallica:

• Our reception will be closed to customers as of 17.03.2020 and until further notice

• Our warehouse administration as well as our warehouse will be closed to any person outside Metallica

• We only receive external persons by prior appointment and under certain conditions

Pick-up orders are possible, for loads of less than 30 Kg, according to a strict procedure that will be communicated to you when you order. If you have an order to pick up or a transfer to make, please contact your reference person, in order to find a solution.

These measures have been taken in order to protect our employees, but also our customers and suppliers from any unnecessary contamination, we thank you in advance for your understanding.
