We can machine your profiles on 5 axes; maximum diameter cut 400 mm or 1000 x 250 mm

We can protect your sheet metal in the following formats and thicknesses:
Aluminum sheet
- Suitable protective foil (Permafix 9302 or Novacell 4228 REF)
- Thickness: 0.8 mm to 12 mm
- Widths: 1000, 1250, 1500, 2000 mm
Second-side protection available on request.
NB: Please note the warranty restriction on the 2nd side
Brass and copper sheet
- Suitable protective foil (Nitto 4075 - 75 µm)
- Thickness: 0.5 mm to 8 mm
- Width: 1000 mm
We can also cut your sheets with our Striebig vertical saw in the following thicknesses and formats:
- Aluminum sheets: up to 5 mm thick
- Composite panels: up to 4 mm thick
- Maximum width: 2200 mm
- Maximum length: 6000 mm
- Cutting tolerance:
250 - 1000 mm: ± 1 mm
1001 - 2000 mm: ± 2 mm
2001 - 6000 mm: ± 3 mm
- Parallelism tolerance: ± 0.5 mm

- Cutting tolerance:
20 - 500 mm: ± 0.2 mm
501 - 1000 mm: ± 1 mm
1001 - 4000 mm: ± 2 mm
