Albond® 9000 RF1 / RF2 / RF3 is composed of two 0.47 mm thick aluminum sheets, a synthetic polyethylene core and a fire retardant mineral core in the case of RF1 and RF2. The external face is continuously powder-coated with three-layer PVDF fluorocarbon resins, giving it a high resistance to weathering, corrosion and aging. Its back side is coated with a protective lacquer. The core and the aluminum sheets are assembled by a chemical and mechanical process which gives them an extraordinary adherence.
